If you compare this to another Capcom-licensed mobile game like Teppen, you can see the clear difference in approach to how they handle the characters and properties while trying to put them in new and fun situations we don't get to see otherwise. SF: Duel's minimal dialogue doesn't offer any deeper insights into the world warriors or the strange world they inhabit, so there's ultimately not much here for fans to latch onto aside from watching their favorite fighters use the same Street Fighter 4 moves a whole bunch. The DLC is also worth it for players who like to breeze through the main story, as it (currently) gives you 2 whole Emblem Bracelets to equip to characters as early as Chapter 6, as well as items give you shop discounts and permanent stat buffs. With Wave 4 even promising the addition of new story chapters and classes, the DLC adds a bit of repeat value to the game, where there otherwise isn't.
